The role requires maintaining compliance with food safety standards, accurate documentation, and collaboration with growing operations, all within a controlled indoor vertical farm and lab environment. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Sciences, or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and a foundational knowledge of plant physiology and food safety, while preferred experience includes lab work, CEA systems, plant imaging, plumbing/electrical skills, or microgreens cultivation.
