This entrepreneurial role combines crop production oversight with operational and team leadership, managing a team of 10–15 staff while ensuring optimal growing conditions, including irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and environmental controls. The Grower will also collaborate on infrastructure and system improvements, drive efficiency and sustainability initiatives, maintain greenhouse equipment and cleanliness, and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
