This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26 to $28. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support, including staffing, HRIS management, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a government or tribal setting, and a strong understanding of cannabis industry policies and compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is required. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about employee training and education within the cannabis industry
